ReShape Forever is divided into 4 stages. Each stage is designed for a different level of weight loss:
Stage 1: The basics:
In this stage you will learn the basics of weight loss. You will start seeing some progress. When you join ReShape Forever and complete stage 1 you will become a valued and respected member of our community.
Stage 2: The progress:
in this stage you will be doing a few more things to help accelerate your weight loss. You will start doing cold showers. You will also be doing resistance training in order to avoid losing muscle. But don't worry, these are both optional
Stage 3: Ramping it up:
in this stage you will be doing a bit more things to help accelerate your weight loss. In this stage you will be having more cold showers. This will help speed up your weight loss SIGNIFICANTLY. You will really start to see the weight on the scale sharply drop. You will also be doing resistance training in order to avoid losing muscle. However this is not required.
Stage 4: You can see the finish line:
In stage 4 there will be a lot of repetition. This is so that you can make everything that you do into a habit by repeating it often. Just stick with it, and before you know it you will lose 10 kgs!
